In this episode we cover the Salamanders, a small but elite legion broken on the wheels of war at Istvaan V. Their Primarch Vulkan was the only 'Perpetual' Primarch, an unkillable biological monstrosity who tempered his fury with a spiritualism gained on the world of Nocturne and then brought to his legion. They believed in trying to spare humanity the worst of the horrors and destruction of grimdustrial warfare and were known as great paragons of virtue. They also have a sweet unit called Firedrakes who might be the best Terminator unit in the game, and which Naz and I discuss at length!
